2010 Brabus Mercedes-Benz E500

The 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class was just recently released in the European car market and the German car tuner, BRABUS has put some efforts to tune the new Mercedes-Benz sedan. The 2010 BRABUS Mercedes E Class is based on the most powerful version of the model, the E500.

BRABUS is offering a power upgrade for the E500, which is now the 6.1 liter engine produces 462 hp (456 bhp) / 340 kW at 6,200 rpm and 615 Nm (453 lb-ft) of torque at 3,100 rpm compare to the original model, which only produces 382 horsepower. With this much of power, the new 2010 E500 can sprint from standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.7 seconds and with a top speed of 305 km/h (191 mph). To add extra power to the E500, special crankshaft and larger pistons, optimized cylinder heads and special camshafts is fitted to the car.

In order to control the extra power, BRABUS also installed a new suspension system with a lowering kit and upgraded brakes. BRABUS is also offering 20-inch light-alloy wheels, along with a number of exterior and interior upgrades (which you can read for the full press after the jump).

The price for the new 2010 BRABUS Mercedes E Class price has not been announced yet and all components are backed by Brabu’s for three-year/62,000 miles warranty
